Abstract
Implementation is not one size fits all, but a flexible process that should be adapted to local contexts and needs. Considering your school’s context helps ensure you know how and when to adjust your implementation efforts.
This practice guide uses the experience of 3 schools to illustrate how the key ideas of AERO’s deliberate and structured approach to implementation can be applied to take account of local needs.
