AERO’s submission outlines key opportunities to use emerging research and evidence to ensure this investment improves outcomes for children in early childhood education and care (ECEC) – particularly in vulnerable and disadvantaged contexts. This includes taking an integrated approach to ECEC initiatives and services and strengthening the Australian evidence base through investment in research and a linked data system.
