Abstract

School implementation teams play a key role in leading efforts to implement evidence-based teaching practices in schools. Regularly coming together as an implementation team to focus on the components of a deliberate and structured approach to implementation can contribute to a successful implementation process.  

This practice resource steps out suggested meeting items, team norms, documents and data to facilitate effective implementation team meetings.
